At AltEscape LLC, we provide subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) products with immediate access to our AI-powered tools and services upon payment. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to our platform, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Immediate Access to Services
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate and full access to our SaaS platform, including:
- All AI tools and features included in your subscription tier
- Instant ability to generate content and use our services
- Access to our API and integrations
- Real-time processing and computational resources
- Immediate consumption of AI request quotas
Digital Nature of Services
Our services are entirely digital and cloud-based. Once you have accessed our platform and used any of our AI tools, the service has been delivered and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
Free Trial Period
To help you make an informed decision before committing to a paid subscription:
- We offer a 7-day free trial for Professional and Enterprise plans
- During the trial, you have access to test our features and evaluate if our services meet your needs
- You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- Once the trial period ends and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued
Subscription Management
Cancellation Policy
While we don't offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period
Plan Changes
- Upgrades: When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Downgrades: When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for the difference when downgrading mid-cycle
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Charges after confirmed cancellation
- Incorrect amount charged due to technical error

Service Unavailability
In the rare event that our services are completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days), we may provide service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.

Chargebacks

- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to all data and services
- Potential collection actions for disputed amounts
- Prohibition from future service use
Your Responsibility
Before subscribing, you are responsible for:
- Taking advantage of our free trial period to evaluate our services
- Reading and understanding our pricing and features
- Ensuring our services meet your requirements
- Understanding that payment grants immediate access to non-refundable services
Service Credits
Instead of refunds, we may offer service credits in certain situations:
- Credits can be applied to future subscription payments
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Credits expire if your account remains inactive for 12 months
- Credits are non-transferable
Data Export
If you cancel your subscription:
- You have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- We provide tools to export your data in standard formats
- No refund is provided regardless of data export status
Acknowledgment
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this refund policy
- You agree that all sales are final
- You understand that no refunds will be provided
- You have evaluated our services during any available trial period
